I saw you ask for my help on the deep tes lore meme so heres what i know:
Yagrum was the last known living dwemer ever known in Tamriel, hes an npc in Morrowind who survived the dwarves disappearance because he was on another plane of existance and although he knew of the kings plans he doesnt know if its those plans that caused the dwemer to disappear.
Vivec is keeping a giant meteorite suspended over the city of Vivec as a warning that without him the city will die because its his magic keeping it afloat and the more hes worshipped the more magic he has because hes a god and thats how gods work in the tes universe. in the lessons of Vivec im pretty sure that it brings this up.
Its probably just a theory that the dwarves caused a dragon break and thats what caused them to disappear, thats my best guess on that one.
The argonians where enslaved by the dunmer and during the oblivion crisis after they of course invaded oblivion they then invaded morrowind, taking land, and lives as they went.
And of course over the years multiple elf races have been genocided. Although this isnt the case for the chimer the chimer were cursed to become the dunmer by azura after the chimer began worshipping the tribunal. The Aylids were massacured during a war with the Imperials, and the snow elves were nearly genocided by the nords but the dwemer said they'd protect the snow elves if they gave up their eyes and freewill, and they were enslaved and became the falmer we now see in Skyrim.
