"hey, sweetheart," noel smiles and kisses josie's cheek as soon as he opens the door. after the night marty passed out and the blond had bumped into her in the hallway, they've been inseparable. being together again feels so right. "i'm glad your stupid brother was too tired to drag me back to a party," he says, pulling his girlfriend in by the waist, no one around the stairs next to his apartment. a smirk spreads across his face, "i just want you."

"but she didn't actually say that. did she?" noel chuckles as he listens to his girlfriend about a fellow classmate. sometimes it's nostalgic for him to hear the stories from her campus. it reminds him of his college days. but it's not like it was that long ago. he didn't enroll in berklee till he was twenty-four. just... reasons. maybe that's why he and josie get along so well. he remembers those days clearly, dearly. "i guess we won't have her over for next week's show afterparty," the musician laughs. he's been planning every bit of the release of his new album. it's been a few years, but his final project is finally about to be out. and he'd managed to rent a gallery around the corner from the venue where he'll be performing new songs and some old ones as well. there's something about their lives becoming more intertwined as the months fly by. he loves hearing her stories, her passion for her studies, and the undeniable connection they have. she's his best friend after all.

noel takes a few deep breaths as he stands outside josie's room. he'd woken up to go to the bathroom and now he has a choice. he can go back to marty's room and pretend nothing happened, or he can embrace the feelings and go back to bed with his friend's sister. "hey, morning," the blond whispers as he notices josie waking up.

"Do you really think that?" he wondered. "What the hell are we suppose to do if he does become impossible?" he questioned the female. He usually kept his distance from the supernatural as much sa he could to enjoy his life, but he could feel something big brewing.
