brief summary of powers:
wilbur: has a changer/master power. in human form, he can make anyone that looks at him do what he commands. in changer, he can instead make people who see him freeze in place. theres a sliding scale based on transformation stage. involuntary actions like blinking can be used to defy orders as looking at him is necessary
michael: master/stranger/slight brute. anyone that interacts with him feels a strong and unnatural affection, and the more attention he receives, the stronger his regeneration is.
the stylization of the text and textboxes was very purposeful. blocky shapes for wilbur and wobbly irregular ones for michael. and i decided not to denote wilbur’s last question/michaels answer as being power-affected
rhetorical, on wilburs part, as he’s already assuming it to be true
michael has given up and believes it of himself already he doesnt need to be forced to admit it
