“james” gabriel calls out, spotting the boy who had previously been spotted on his sister’s arm the last time he was here. “nice to see you again” sebastian and him had bets on what actually took place between the two, not that calliope was budging, and so he took it upon himself to find out. walking up to him with a smile, “i thought we were going to be brother in laws” he jokes with a laugh, “don’t feel bad, we thought the same thing of that neighbor boy too ” patting his back now, with a shake of his head, “eh, who needs her?” he prompts rhetorically, “so what happened?” he inquires, after all, money was on the line.

Calliope’s Looks for Grad Weekend 2020

maddie and callie had snuck away from the festivities, seeing as calliope’s mom was running late, callie saw it as the perfect time to take the edge off, but alas, the universe was cruel, 

“well aren’t we surprised”

the voice sent chills down callies back, slowly turning to face her mother, a grim sort of smile on her lips, knowing her mother already knew what she shouldn’t, nonetheless she proceeded, “mom, this is my friend maddie, maddie this my mom, elenora”

elenora barely lifted her gaze to the blonde, her eyes on a much bigger prize, “i’m sure” she says, arching her brow at the two, though her features remained still, “could only imagine the things you two have in common, new york perhaps?”

sebastian was a plastic surgeon, well he was a fellow anyways, a fellow who just secured his own lab, a full staff to boot, to say, this was cruz was arrogant would be an understatement. “so get this” he says, approaching someone nearby, “this lady asks for my professional opinion, and then gets mad when i give it to her” he scoffs, leaving out the part where he compared her face to that of a water buffalo, “sometimes plastic surgery isn’t the answer and that’s why they invented bags” he shrugs, taking a sip of his drink, “the audacity of people, i tell you”
