“I swear, that’s how it happened. Made a mess of the restaurant.” He chuckled, retelling the story of his latest adventures of where he worked. Some of the things he’d seen doing what he does weren’t anything he’d ever be able to forget. “I think we ended up cleaning the place up for a few hours afterward. Miss Verity was so angry.” In fact, he’s never really seen her be that angry before and was glad it hadn’t been directed at him. Being a waiter had it’s advantages, like having some cool stories to tell for that he was very grateful he got to work there.

After a morning jogging in the park, the heat started to become unbearable to do more physical activity outdoors, so after buying an ice cream to consume all the calories they had just burnt, they decided to rest under the fresh shadow of a big tree. Romeo was resting his back against the trunk with closed eyes when he felt a weight on his lap. He immediately opened his eyes and saw Marisol looking at him from below. “Hello, there”, he greeted her with a little smile as his hand went through her hair, caressing it softly. His attention got caught by a couple of kids running around with their dog and it took him just a few minutes, but when he looked down again, the girl was fast asleep. He felt uncomfortable right away. He did not do corny, not unless it helped him get someone to the bed and this was definitely not such situation. Waking her up wasn’t and option either, that was obvious, so he decided he would have to shed his shallow attitude for the moment and go with it as best as he could so he didn’t blow the “prince charming” cover he crafted carefully. He forced up a smile to not look so awkward at the eyes of possible paparazzi around and decided to rest for a moment as well.
