Huge thanks to @rascalentertainments and @jojo-ker06 for all your story posts! You guys have given me so much inspiration, and I’m finally writing more of chapter three of my rewrite. I get disappointed sometimes because I have sooo many ideas for scenes but not enough time to write them! I feel like I’m not making a lot of progress. But then Rascal released the beautiful finale for Wish Granted! And Jojo gave us such a lovely second anniversary of Wishing on a Star! I can’t thank you guys enough. You keep showing me that it’s really possible to finish projects and to update them as we go. That no matter how long it takes, some things are worth sticking with!
I feel bad when there’s MONTHS between chapters, and the “last updated” date in my notes just keeps getting longer 😆
Maybe I should do lore drops or backstories or something in between chapters. Just something to keep up with FTaS. Got any ideas?
She's a member of the all female(ish) superhero team I've been building. All their names were supposed to be centered around popular fairy tales or classic lit but I kinda failed for prophet cause nothing really came to mind
I’m working hard on Chapter 3! Almost finished. Hopefully will have that done by the end of the week. For fun, I thought I could announce what my cast would be.

I love her voice. It has this grounded warmth that made her feel perfect for my Asha.
For Atlas, I’ve got Jordan Fisher. I know I’m not the first to pick him, but the vision was too good! 😆 I had to!! I like the youthfulness and personality he’d bring to Atlas! When he finds his voice, that is.
For our dear King Magnus, I mean Magnifico, my apologies Your Highness. I’m just gonna keep Chris Pine. He was so fun! I can’t get rid of that. Great charisma and equally great at portraying the more power hungry, separate side of Magnus. (I don’t like this song 🫣 But the madness at the end? 🤌 Perfection)
Now! For my lovely, vain Adamantia. She sort of got a spontaneous name change when I reached their scene in Chapter 2, but for such a good reason. Adamantia means unyielding or invincible, and Magnus means great or large so I JUST HAD TO. They’re so full of themselves. I love them. I’m getting distracted. Anyway, her voice. Megan Hilty! I spent a lot of time looking, and I’ve finally picked her. Her voice is really expressive and clear, and I think it’d work really well! She has that nice clean tone, and I think it fits Queen Admirable’s selfish, but always put together personality.

Just remembered, one last note, the would-be animation style!
Faith, Trust, and Stardust would be in more of a classic Disney 2D animation, but there’s a catch. Atlas, in his Star form, would be 3D! So the backgrounds and Rosas characters are an homage to old Disney, and it shows that Atlas doesn’t quite belong.
Exciting news! I’m..a day late…so it’s not exactly a month 😅 but Faith, Trust, and Stardust’s 1 year anniversary is next month!
I’m not sure what to do for it, besides hopefully get chapter 3 out soon. But lemme know if you have any asks! Or any ideas for what to do. Ok that’s it!

Atlas! Used a reference because people are hard.. but, here he is! I thought it’d be nice to have a clear picture of him. His hair is supposed to be sort of like a candle. It has a softer glow. Throughout the story, he finds more of himself in Rosas, especially when he’s around Asha. And very slowly, hints of brown begin appearing in his hair, when he’s not disguised. Okay that’s it! I’m still procrastinating with chapter 2. I’m making progress!! I’ll have more time once I make it through finals
I’m so proud to introduce Asha’s companion. This weirdo is Chispa! He’s a European Polecat. His name means spark, which is perfect because he sparks a lot of feelings. Usually joy for Asha, but for the other residents of the Hamlet... ehhhh... annoyance. Anger. Sometimes a real fire. But he doesn't like when you talk about those. It took way too long to settle on an animal. Bounced between keeping Valentino, then a mouse, then a bird, and discovered polecats while digging through Google. Asha found him after an extremely overconfident leap left him injured. Despite Sabino's protests, she brought Chispa home to recover. He never left. He's been a thorn in Sabino's side ever since. But Asha loves him, so Sabino lets him stay.
