Acne
I always throught the position of my acne on my face was odd. But never thought it through well enough to realize it wasnt just the extra oily face.. First i got acne on my chin and above my lips. Then i got a thin moustache and a few chin hairs. Later i got acne around my jaw. But not too high up. And still some acne on my chin because i got lucky with that "probably gonna have only a moustache fill your 45" thing. Now i got acne on my cheekbone. Nothing on my jaw. Still a bit on my chin and around my nose. But mostly theyre all hanging out at my cheekbone spot. And as i realized this i saw there's no acne where my sideburns should be. And i got some hairs there. So my conclusion is this: Acne -> facial hair Acne-> facial hair is trying to grow but youre not exfoliating well so theyre getting stuck and your face is oily and it all ends up in acne. Which also explains when i pop some acne and a baby hair is all "oh hello. Thank you for setting me free" Final words: exfoliate your face. Exfoliate it good. Unclog your pores. Free your beard.
PSA to trans guys struggling with acne
If you have acne on your body, use an anti bacterial bar soap. Once I started testosterone, I had a lot of acne on my shoulder and since I started using anti bacterial soap, it's pretty much gone. Using scented soaps or most body washes without anti bacteria is going to do nothing for you. I personally like Cetaphil anti bacterial soap bar. I'm still struggling to find the best product for acne on my face, but the cheapest, best product I found so far is an alcohol pad just like you'd use on your body before getting your shot. I wash my face first with acne face wash, use an alcohol pad then use Cetaphil face lotion. Although, all skin types are different and using an alcohol pad could be too harsh for your face..just always make sure to moisturize.
IS THERE ANY SORT OF CURE TO T-ACNE i have tried so many prescribed topical gels, spot treatments, antibiotics, facial cleaners, lush products and it’s just constant
Small bits of facial hair coming in and finally getting my acne under control. I'm so happy!
Tiny Needles
I went and had my acupuncture done again today. GAWDDD I love it so much. I am so relaxed when I am there. I fell asleep for over 2 hours and woke up feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
Aside from the relaxation, It has REALLY been helping my acne. I continue my daily regimens but I can feel the difference from that and acupuncture. As the woman tells me, "Got to get the blood flowing!"
I am going to continue to advocate for acupuncture if you can find a community acupuncture clinic in your area, I would suggest it!

FInally seeming to get this acne under control. Medication done, all of the acne products ever made done, acupuncture done. Fingers crossed this acne stays clear.
