I want to start a cult or pregnancy pact kind of thing with other trans men.

Basically, I want other trans men to be reckless and start "not not trying" to get pregnant like I am.

Here's the idea...

Don't stop your T, but lower your dose a little bit so you're more likely to ovulate.

If you're on the progesterone only pill or other birth control, stop it and insist to people around you that T is basically birth control.

Take vitamins with extra folic acid, even if they're not prenatal vitamins.

Drink lots of red raspberry leaf tea and pomegranate juice because they can increase ovulation.

If someone makes you use a condom for pregnancy prevention, poke a hole in the tip.

Track your ovulation and make the most of your fertile window.

Just generally get your boycunt full of cum as often as possible. It doesn't matter if you love them, it doesn't matter if they're attractive, their gender doesn't matter. If they have sperm, like vaginas, and see you as a man, you fuck them.

If you think you're pregnant, act like you already are until you can test, just in case. No smoking or drinking.

If you end up pregnant, pause your testosterone until delivery and figure out how long you keep it to yourself before telling everyone.

Let's just make an epidemic in 2025 of pregnant men across the world and see what happens. Let's make a seahorse dad cult.

Cycle 6

My sixth cycle of TTC ended with AF arriving a week early. I've had a chemical pregnancy with loss and my cycle has gotten a day longer each cycle and then, bam, a 24 day cycle. I hate that fertility doctors require you to try for a year before they want to steady testing and considering treatment. Surely as a transgender man coming off testosterone, some testing is warranted to at least make sure my hormone levels are where they should be? It's been really hard choking down my dysphoria every month, counting days, believing that this month will be our month, believing that soon it'll all be worth it soon, and then feeling the defeat and discomfort of menstruation. It's hard wondering if I'm just infertile now and if I'm just waiting until I hit one year TTC to get the news. It's hard wondering if my cervical cancer is coming back, that it's spread to my uterus and that the three years the doctor assured me we had before I hVe to get my hysterectomy was wishful thinking. But I'm not giving up. I have to stay strong and keep positive. I have to believe.

Negative again. AF two days late; maybe I’m just super-irregular now?

It’s okay. Not getting our BFP this month gives us a chance to take a breath, which really, we needed.

I've decided that I really want a home birth, but I will settle for a non-hospital birthing center. I've been doing the research and watching The Business of Being Born and the follow up mini-sodes and I already had a feeling that I wouldn't want a hospital birth but now I've decided. I've been advocating for a natural birth since the beginning, and Chris supports me on that, but I don't know that he'll be 100% with me on this. He's nervous about birth in general. He was premature... by a lot! He was so early, they didn't think he would survive, but he's always been a fighter. :)

In any case, there are like 2 midwives in the area that will do home births, but there is a fantastic looking birthing center about half an hour away from us (a little farther than I'd like, but I can live). I really like the look of it, I like the things they have on their website, the pictures of their birthing suites look amazing, their staff has kindly faces (sounds weird, but it's important to me, don't ask), they take our insurance... I shot them an email today inquiring about tours and how they felt about a couple like us. I've gotta talk to Chris about it too, I suppose... LOL.
