Changing my gender on my birth certificate and other legal documents, on the NSW Birth, Death and Marriage,NSW to record a change of sex form, It just has male and female options, I can't find anything of non specific/indeterminate options to put down
So this directly relates to “Norrie’s Case” which was a High Court Ruling in April 2014 in NSW which allows people to identify themselves as female, male or non-specific.
The form that you are looking for is on the NSW Birth, Death and Marriage Site (apply-for-record-a-change-of-sex). You have to choose what your gender assigned at birth was and that only gives you binary options but if you scroll down to where you choose your amended gender (they say sex) there is definitely a non-specific option.
Here’s the direct link for you: http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/Documents/apply-for-record-a-change-of-sex.pdf
