My sternum area is in a lot of pain. Swelling is slowly, very slowly, going down. But I couldn't be happier and more comfortable in my body. It's so surreal having this chest be mine. If someone would have told me a year ago that I would be where I am now. Yes I'm going to be posting this a lot. Because I'm damn proud of myself. I never liked myself, my body. I started to lose weight with #keto because I started to learn to love myself. But this, this feels like home. This is a body I cherish. A body I love. A body I am proud to call mine. I am so so grateful to everyone that's been on this journey with me.
