Fairy Tail Week - Day 1 - Favorite Magic
Not only was Juvia beautiful, but so was her magic. It was so vast. It could be calming and serene one moment - the next it was catastrophic.
Gray loved watching her use her magic. Her hair tied up in a ponytail exposing her neck. Glistening, proving just how much effort she was putting in. Her sports bra and shorts only helped reveal her toned figure and long, long, luscious legs. Gray’s favorite physical attribute. Don’t get him started on how beautiful of a person she is. He could talk for hours about her kind soul, her forgiving heart, her undying loyalty. Her positive outlook. She’s amazing.
But watching her train with such passion was memorizing. You can tell she loves it. Her eyes sparkle as she guides her water into shapes and twirls it round and round. Making it shoot into the air like a geyser. She looks at it gleefully, like a child watching the snow fall during the first frost.
Full of concentration, she builds her magic into typhoons, tornados and nebulas. Sending water canons and slicers thru the air. She strikes down rocks and trees. Which she then donates to the guild for spare building parts. She’s so resourceful.
She practices becoming one with her element. Slowly walking herself towards the rivers edge, seamlessly merging herself with the water. She sparkles and shines. The water ripples and slowly bobs. After a few moments, she rises like a wave, riding the water, slowly stepping back onto the shore. If Neptune were a Goddess, Juvia would surly be her.
Gray couldn’t believe he was lucky enough to be chosen by her to stand by her side. To be her partner in life and as a mage. She was his water fairy. She turned towards him.
“Ready Gray-sama” she smiled brightly, getting into a battle stance
Juvia looked at Gray, grinning. Gods, she loved him. She saw him staring at her, instead of training, like he was supposed to. She caught him doing that a lot lately. Ever since he finally admitted his feelings. Tho, she somewhat understood. She loved watching him train, too.
His magic was enchanting. He could create anything. From simple shapes, to detailed and complicated weapons. He was so talented. She couldn’t fathom having that kind of intellectual power. Such concentration and attention to detail. All in the blink of an eye. He was inspiring and motivational. He made her want to be the best version of herself.
Plus, she’ll be forever grateful for the greatest treasures he gave her. Juvia loves animals. She collects all sorts of trinkets. Once Gray found out, he started leaving small forever ice sculptures of animals. She loves them so much, they’ve even replaced her Gray-sama plush dolls.
So if you asked Juvia. Gray-sama’s magic was more beautiful.
But for now, they train. So both their magic can grow into something breathtaking.
