I will not be pouring one out for ArcMap, I will be pissing on ArcMap's grave. Fuck ArcMap, I fucking hate Arcmap.
Some programs can smell fear, arcmap can smell confidence. If you feel like your project is going well it will crash.
I FIXED MY DATASET!!
Stupid raster wasn't georeferenced properly and wasn't even associated with a projection and so my vector layers were off too but it's ok I fixed that shit with the power of science. And computers.
