Astrology can massively influence how you interact with your environment, especially if you look at compass directions. By combining geolocational concepts with the info from your chart you can figure out the sources of bad energy in your life and find ways to neutralise them
Note: I swear this works! I have been doing these kinds of analysis/readings for a couple of years now since I went down a geolocational astrology wormhole and started testing stuff and also using tarot cards. Ofc your mileage may very but it can be very fun and intriguing so thought I would post.
Yes, geolocational astrology looks at your whole life. But this looks at the stuff that is affecting you *in the here and now*. Again, it's not as tested. But it has worked for me...
First - remember your ascendent points due east. Find it and then line your chart up with your space for the following observations. It's easy to do on your phone with a compass app.

🌐 Tall buildings, offices, and so on and so forth in line with your mercury can influence your intellectual life, keep you awake, or make you feel stressed. Add something calming and creative to this part of your space if so, like a plant, or artworks.
🌐 Rivers in line with any water sign in your chart can amplify the emotional energy of your space. This can either make it a refuge where you retreat from the world, alternatively it can become a place where you end up dwelling on your darker thoughts
🌐 Buildings in line with your ascendent (where the sun rises) can influence the development of your persona as you step out the door. Theatres, museums, and so on? You may be concerned with creative identity expression. Suburban housing? You might be more concerned with security and relationships.
🌐 What is in line with your fourth house? This can influence whether your space truly feels like yours. Train stations or roads? You might not feel like you can put down roots. Nature and the natural world? You may feel more prone to wanderlust than being a homebody.
🌐 There can be a subconscious element to the places in line with your pluto placement. Negative energy or energy not aligned with your temperament can lead to unconscious stress which manifests in your life. Alternatively these places may end up as the sites of serendipity or chance meetings in your life.
🌐 Ever feel like some places give you the creeps? Check what lines up with your scorpio. Sometimes this can colour our perceptions of the places around us.

🌐 Alternatively, do you live near any abandoned places? These can cause feelings of emptiness or alternatively curiousity depending on what they line up with. If they are in line with earth and water signs or the relevant planets these can amplify feelings of stagnation, listlessness in life, or rootlessness. These elements tend to be more receptive and passive and if there is a lot of dereliction in your area it can influence your amount of energy and internal drive in life. Alternatively those with strong mars placements or beneficial 9th, 10th, or 2nd house placements in general you can be protected from this and may even be one of the people who finds abandoned spots beautiful or haunting.
🌐 Windows, as portals to the outside world, can influence our moon sign, 9th, 10th, and 11th houses. The things that they look onto can become powerful draws for you intellectually or emotionally (the moon) evoking wistfulness and desire for that part of life. If you find yourself looking constantly out the window, this can play a part of it.
🌐 Do you live by the sea? If the coast/seascape aligns with your ascendant you may have less of a public persona and be more driven by your emotions, with greater sincerity. This can be especially powerful in an INFP personality type. This also counts for large bodies of water like Lake Michigan or big inland bays and estuaries (puget sound, seattle, thames estuary in the UK)
