I can feel myself going in a downward spiral and instead of doing something about it I just keep falling.

It has been one of those weeks. One of those shit ass weeks where you have all of these plans to do good and stay busy and you're looking forward to going back to the dorms. Then none of anything you had hoped to happen does and this pestilence of negative energy swarms you, breaks you down, destroys everything you've built, so you are nothing but rubble? Yeah. It's been that kind of week.
