Adele's song makes me think about Scott and Stiles never reconciling and Stiles leaves Beacon Hills and Scott stays (because somebody still has to protect the town no matter how unfair it is) and years later Stiles comes back because of his dad and he sees Scott is married with two kids and a dog and a very successful Vet clinic and its surprises him how much it still hurts

In my mind there is no Sciles scenario for that song except Stiles regretting losing Scott and what could have been.
