In case you all wonder- i'm still sick. Been coughing so hard the last 24 hours, on day 5 now, it just refuses to go away. Want to get started on screenshots again, but i simply have no energy, and all screens just worsen my headache. And the whole body aches, from toes to fingertips. STOOOOOPPP !!!! 🫩🤒🤕🤧🤯😓

so in light of this post that completely shattered my heart (thank you op), i would like to make the friendly comparison between Klaus’ ability and that of the resurrection stone from Harry Potter.

As we know from the tales of the beetle and the bard, (or Deathly Hallows) we know that the resurrection stone was a “gift” to one of the peverall brothers that allowed him to see his dead loved ones, but he wasn’t able to touch them. eventually after trying to resurrect the dead love of his life, he went mad and committed suicide.

klaus also has the ability to see his dead loved ones, but he can’t touch them (this is ignoring that lil thing he does at the end of the series). so he turns to drugs to tune out the dispairing screams of the dead

diego tells him he’s lucky that he gets to see his loved ones after they die...
