Here's a funny suggestion for eldritch Tobirama's love interest: Hikaku Uchiha. Everyone always writes him as a completely normal Guy TM surrounded by the absolute insanity of the shinobi world. He's so unmain character energy that you could put him in IRL and he would immediately blend in as a background office worker. So now imagine this normal ass dude just being paired with the eldritch being called Tobirama.
I know in order for Tobirama to fall in love his partner needs to obsessive about wooing him which makes Hikaku sound like a poor canidate. But remember, Hikaku is a Uchiha, and we all know how obsessive they can be. He's the clear, sunny sky that most people mistake for good weather ahead when in reality it indicates a vicious storm incoming.
