Had my first big meltdown in a while today. Everything has been so much for so long, and the wind this morning pushed me over the edge.
Now, I'm just trying to take my own advice...
Going to try to rest, now. Take some painkillers to deal with where I hurt myself, and for the muscle tension pain.
Then, I will try to eat something.
And the whole time I'm doing that, I'm going to TRY to be compassionate to myself about this. Which is damn hard, but important.
