I realized on Monday that my goal of improving my Olympic Weightlifting abilities started just about a year ago. That's pretty groovy. I'm nowhere near where I want to be and I'm not kind of good at this stuff yet to compete where I'd like to, but fuck, dude... I found someone videos from a year ago and the change is nuts. Super proud of myself. Trying to remember everything I've been lucky enough to have @jcsmith84 cue me on. Staying tighter, stay over the bar longer, Pull THROUGH extension, don't "Pull-extend-continue Pull." The most improvement I've seen all around in the last year is my patience and study of the task. I'm at complete peace with the process and where I'm at, but fired right the fuck up to keep getting stronger and fitter. I love this shit. "Find what you love and let it kill you," and all that.
