Ouch.

Okay so that was fun. Just had a piece of metal bar snap back and hit me on the head. Blood ensued, accompanied by it’s best mate - the fucking headache of headaches.

Running

It’s amazing. That feeling when you’re running without any pressure, at your own pace with no one watching you. Feeling the adrenaline flowing through you as the steady thump of your footsteps echoing in your ears. Feeling the warmth that seeps into your muscles as the wind rushes past you. Feeling free.

And then that feeling of pain and embarrassment when you’ve realised you ran directly into a trashcan.

Straight put the head of a nail through my pinky nail today at work.. Was lifting some heavy ass piece of equipment from my bench to a pallet, and the pallet had a nail sticking up I didn't see. #Ouch #FuckThatHurt #Swollen #Pinky
