💏venom for spite bc why not ! send me a 💏 and i will randomise a number in order for my muse to kiss yours… …out of love.
There is much about the human world that Spite does not fully understand. Stupid human things that make no sense to him. Like parking tickets, what does it matter where someone puts their car as long as it isn't on top of someone else? He also does not understand things made to smell like food that are not food. Like candles and soaps, which Lucanis has unfortunately woken up to the taste of in his mouth after Spite could not resist a chomp.
But he especially does not understand why humans are so foolishly stupid and utterly idiotic with their feelings. Especially good feelings, like feelings of comfort and joy at being around someone else. The way Lucanis feels about Eddie. The way Spite feels about Venom.
Venom understands him, better than anyone else he has met through his host, who isn't very many people. He knows why, but it isn't fair. And Venom understands.
So it is nice, to have someone who understands. Someone who helps when Spite is feeling frustrated at his stupid human's stupid decisions, especially with Eddie. He wants their human's to stop being stupid about each other and to start being stupid with each other.
He can't decide when it was he started loving Venom, though he knows he does. He may not have said as much, but it is true. And so, as they sit on a roof and look out over the city they all try to keep safe, Spite can't help leaning over to place a small kiss to the corner of the alien's wide and toothy grin. Kissing, he knows, is what one does when one has affection for someone else, at least according to all those books his host reads... and sometimes it is a sweet kiss, sometimes it is far more, but he doesn't know which he likes, and so he thinks a small and sweet one is a good place to start.
