Squats today missed them last week as was working a lot and travelled to Brighton yesterday with @elliotknight to collect my new bike. 207.5kg/457lbs 4x4 this was second pulled my hip and knee in the last couple weeks so squats ain't been great but today felt pretty good depth was a lot better and had a much better groove time to get strong now! #squats #fuckyourknee #captaincoach (at Future Fitness)
