This Fudge Brownie Pie combines the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the convenience of a pie. It's a delightful treat that's perfect for any occasion, from casual gatherings to special celebrations.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch pie dish. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow the brownie pie to cool in the dish for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
