Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate chips. 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup crumbled chocolate cake. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional. 1/4 cup sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract. Fold in the crumbled chocolate cake and chopped walnuts if using. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles if desired and gently press them into the fudge. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
