There are NPCs all over the place in the Starlight Stalls!!

I took quick screenshots of the ones I could find, though I wouldn't be surprised if I missed a few lol.

Every once in a while we at SheBhar Soaps & Sundries as you the public what you think certain characters of the FFXIV game would smell like.

ITS THAT TIME AGAIN! Last time we did the Rulers of Eorzea, this time lets work on some of the guild masters! Please go through them and think about what they smell like, what is environmental scents, regional scents, what are their personal scent and maybe together we can build a bar that is both enjoyable and unique to them!
