Years ago @mondaynevercomes_ and I went to a casting call for the Biggest Loser. This is Sam he was one of the contestants!! I can’t recall which season. But he was really cool and humble dude.I didn’t get selected along with countless others, I was so disappointed because there were so MANY morbidly obese people in that room and we left empty handed! I felt if they REALLY wanted to help they should have given a free 30day membership to a gym or pass out some food plans!! Present day I’m so glad I didn’t because I believe most of the contestants gained their weight back because they lost so much so fast!! Slow and steady wins this journey fam!! Once I stop the blame and mind games, stop the BS along with my excuses things start to change!!
