Prior to writing this, I thought the thing on his right wrist/forearm was a bandage wrapped around but now that I think about it it looks like an arm guard/support thingy?? Pls tell me what that thing is
Anyways, the thing he wears around his wrist/forearm let’s say he probably wounded it from either getting it burnt, hurting it in a battle, or self-harm, there's an ugly scar left on it
And the scar makes him insecure
or reminds him of how "weak" he is
Oh another headcanon of him is that he always thinks he's not strong/good enough

So you know how his natural hair color is black before joining the Port Mafia right?
I have a feeling that after his older brother's death, he couldn't stand to look at himself in the mirror with his natural hair color
Whenever he looks at his reflection he would always see his brother in the mirror looking at him and he didn't want to continue to be in his brother's shadow because he's already dealing with his family comparing him to his older brother
As a result, he completely changed his looks up to not look like his brother; he wanted to be unrecognizable

This one you may find disturbing/weird
But the reason she has that abnormal obsession with Fukuchi and acts concerning around him is that he reminds her of a male figure in her life (like a father) that passed away during her childhood
Therefore she acts that way to relive her childhood
or is obsessed with reliving her childhood

Before when his true dark personality was revealed under that eccentric facade, I feel like he wanted to act goofy for sometime
During his childhood, he probably spent most of it focused on rigorous training to become a swordsman
He didn't get any time to be a kid or act goofy because he had to take his training serious

He probably wasn’t a huge bitch before becoming a Hunting Dog
In fact, he was probably a “soft” executive member in his organization
But he probably got betrayed or was used (or he realized thathe has to toughen up to survive)
And that made him suffer and go through pain
This leads him to want others to feel some pain he felt because he may still be hurting
