Almost halfway on this big girl! I'll be focusing on her more in the new year so it'll be fun to see how much progress I can get on her. Ending the year at 41.29%
So I went a little hard on my full coverage in March...I'm nearing 25%!
25% reached! Exactly 30k stitches, a nice solid number.
Did a few hundred stitches yesterday in this big girl. I'm aiming to finish the accessible fabric before the end of the year so I can move the Q-snap in the new year, wish me luck!
Time to move the knock-off Qsnap! Current progress is at 34.37%, also that line is NOT a tension line, it's from the Qsnap and will wash/iron out. But we finally have a boob! As I continue to work down I think I'll be stitching her hand holding the flower so that's fun!
Progress is certainly being made, I'll be ready to move the qsnap in no time =D
I made it to 14% on my first full coverage! My usual goal is 1% a month, but I've done the math and I can fill in the accessible fabric by the end of the year with less than 200 stitches a day. My goal is to be at a point I can move the qsnap down in the new year, you can see where I'm stopping on the right side, the reason for that is my excess fabric is rolled and folded up there so I can't really access that edge and that's fine with me.
Another full % done, now we're at 11%! The photo on the left is how it looked at 10% last month. This pattern is Memento Ophelia which I purchased from UnconventionalXstitch, unfortunately it's currently no longer available to buy, I'm unsure why but I assure you they're a legit pattern company who have permission from the artists who's artworks they use. I'm enjoying how quickly this project is starting to come along after having been left untouched for a year due to my health.
My minimum goal for this project each month is to get to the next full 1% from wherever it's left at the previous month. Sometimes I'll reach the full % and stop, sometimes I'll keep going, there was one month where I did over 2% which was a good month for sure. So you can get an idea of how much stitching this is, 1% is 1200 stitches, which is also why 12 10x10 blocks works out as 1% which you can see in the comparison between the two images.
