Yvonne Craig in a slightly altered photograph. They airbrushed out her navel! Of all the things to get hung up about, is the proof that you are human. Robots and androids don't need navels. I get that it was a thing at the time. Barbara Eden on "I Dream of Jeanie" was famously barred from displaying her navel on the show. Off it as well. She was going to appear on "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" and flash her navel, but the network suits went ballistic and forbade her from appearing on the show. A show, mind you with dancing women in bikinis and exposed navels EVERY WEEK! In any event. If I'm a Gotham villain, my target is not Batman and Robin, but Bat Girl! I need a batskin rug for my den and her costume, carefully cut off would serve nicely! If only comic books were honest!
