Nope, this is the first I've gotten! And hoo boy here we go! I'll mostly stick to canon LaCroix since non-canon LaCroix is a different character entirely.
Favorite thing about him: His dialogue and how he tells you a lot about himself without actually saying much of it explicitly. Andy Milder's voice acting as LaCroix is severely underrated and one of the best parts of the game. He and Courtenay Taylor steal every scene they're in.
Least favorite thing about him: Canon LaCroix's relationship with the Sheriff has the worst vibes and is pretty fucked up if the other characters' gossip is to be believed.
Favorite line: Okay I want so badly to say "Did you ever think about what it takes to live as long as I have?," but truly it's the bit where he's making fun of people being paranoid about the sarcophagus and says in this mocking voice "PERHAPS IN AN ANTEDELUVIAN" and then he does this funny little eyeroll.
brOTP: Canon: Him and the Sarcophagus, since he doesn't seem to have any friends. Ouch! Non-canon: Him and the Sheriff or him and Anja (OC)
OTP: Canon: I honestly don't really have one. Him and Ming Xiao have some wild shit going on behind the scenes though. Non-canon: Him and Nick (friend's OC), special mention to him and Gerard (another OC)
nOTP: Him and the Sheriff, him and Merc feels weird too, but that's just my opinion.
Random headcanon: He likes horses. A lot.
Unpopular opinion: Hmmm I don't think have any REALLY unpopular opinions about him. The Jeanette thing is riffed on too much in personal opinion. Is that unpopular? Either way my opinion on it isn't strong.
