Amore mio, la Luna. 😍🥰😘 Anyone who knows me personally knows that I love being out in nature. How could someone like me avoid the lure of a full moon, like tonight’s? I certainly cannot, especially when I have always been drawn to the moons feminine energy. So enjoy. 😉 🦋🎄 I have just gotten inside from taking the picture. Getting the right picture is like editing a book. You wait around for things to be just right to take the pic, the. You tweak the photo so that things look just right. #fullmoon #fullmoonpisces #fullmoon2019 #fullmoonmarch #fullmoonmarch2019 #deborahepearson #nature #moon #space #universe #sky #nightskyphotography #nightsky #medway #chatham (at Chatham, Medway) https://www.instagram.com/p/BvSNsmTAMlb/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=oyh2ygdk0cb4
Full Moon Rising
Did you know that a full moon in March is called a Full Worm Moon?
As the temperature begins to warm and the ground begins to thaw, earthworm casts appear, heralding the return of the robins. The more northern tribes knew this Moon as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter; or the Full Crust Moon, because the snow cover becomes crusted from thawing by day and freezing at night. The Full Sap Moon, marking the time of tapping maple trees, is another variation. To the settlers, it was also known as the Lenten Moon, and was considered to be the last full Moon of winter.
End of Winter? Hello, Spring! Sounds good to us!
