Another worm OC!
Name: Revenant
Appearance: A bald woman in her late twenties. She is muscular and has brown eyes. She wears a bullet proof vest and fairly standard tactical gear. The only added personalisation is a skeletal hand painted on the back of her vest.
Powers: every time she kills someone she gains an extra life, no other added benefit. If she runs out of extra lives she’s dead for good. Upon death (provided she has at least one extra life) her old body and all gear attached will rapidly decay and she will reappear fully healed with all her gear within twenty metres of the place she died, this will occur within roughly thirty seconds provided there is no immediate danger within the area she would be resurrected in. If there is any immediate danger within 20 metres of her location of death her resurrection will be held off until the immediate danger has passed (this is stuff that would kill her immediately or within seconds). If the immediate danger does not pass within 20 minutes she will immediately resurrect at the nearest "safe" location.
Trigger Event: She was a cop who was shot three times while trying to arrest a group of drug dealers. She triggered while bleeding out and shot her partner in the head to restore her condition after learning of her new abilities.
Personality: She is self-serving and paranoid. She actively tries to “stock up” on extra lives whenever possible, something that has earned her a kill order. She acts mostly as a mercenary for hire although she’ll actively avoid any jobs she deems too dangerous such as jobs involving powerful parahumans. She cares little for loyalty and will work for anyone who pays her well enough and keeps her alive. She is careful and methodical always trying to ensure that she leaves any encounter with as many or more lives then she entered it with.
