"Good morning, I just have to say that I like all of the cuddling and waking up next to you.. I like all of the early morning laughs and the time we spend together. It's been a fun ride and I hope it keeps rolling.."

Wheeeee!!!!!
I liked The Eclipse, but I clearly didn’t feel as strongly about it as others. Some are claiming that it’s the best BL ever made, and don’t get me wrong I’m glad you enjoyed it so much, but I wouldn’t say it’s better than Not Me or KinnPorsche.
The actors performances were really good, First and Khao really did their best. Honesty, I think what held me back from loving it was the high school setting XD For as much as I cared about the characters, I couldn’t take all the curse drama seriously while it was framed in a teenage environment with them all wearing shorts and blazers. Plus, I’ve already seen First and Khao portray college-aged characters, so it was hard to walk that perception back and buy them as seventeen year-old’s. I guess the immersion was broken for me from the start.
But I still enjoyed the story, it was a fun albeit angsty ride and I’m glad a lot of others enjoyed it too.
I love that the dsmp is so “depending on where you began the story, it’s a story about…” like if you began watching the dsmp via technos streams then it was a story about an anarchist with a complicated relationship with trust. If you began watching the dsmp via tommys pov then it’s the story of a reckless kid who gets caught up in extreme conflicts and unhealthy relationships. If you began watching the dsmp via Sam’s pov then it’s a story about a man’s fall from grace due to his stilted view of right and wrong and a need to fix and control the people around him. If you weren’t ever into lore analysis and all that and just had a favorite cc or character and followed them, then that was the story. And it’s so cool that you can begin the story AGAIN from another pov. You can follow Wilbur then maybe follow Ranboo and you get to see all these different layers to characters that you had only previously seen through one pov. And that’s the point! It’s just so cool man.
