Non-exhaustive list of things you should probably sit down and learn if no one ever taught you because they are regularly taught to first graders and you are expected to know it as a functioning adult.
How to read an analog clock
How to use a calculator
All twelve months in order
The planets of the solar system in order
The seven continents
The difference between the Atlantic Ocean is vs the Pacific Ocean
The difference between the Artic and the Antarctic
If you're from the United States, the lyrics to "Fifty Nifty" and the general area each state is on a map (And where Washington DC is.)
How to read a map
How to read street signs
How to sound words out
The difference between a verb and a noun
The water cycle
Newton's Laws of Motion
Photosynthesis
The food groups (I don't mean you need to get wrapped up in the science of healthy diets, I literally mean knowing what the food groups are and being able to correctly sort food into the right groups)
Basic table manners for formal dinners
Basic traffic laws (particularly pedestrian and cyclist traffic laws.)
What letters are represented by what numbers on a phone (Or how to decode those "Call 1-800-Plumbing" phone numbers)
Commit at least one emergency contact's phone number to memory.
If you missed out on any of these, no shame in that. I'm sorry the adults in you life dropped the ball there. But there is shame in refusing to pick that ball up for yourself now that you're the adult. Again, this is all stuff we teach to first graders. It's not going to be hard to learn as an adult.
