SUMMER 💘DANCORCISM 💥SUNDAY! . This summer I’m committed to finishing my DANCORCISM album. Dancorcism is a movement series that works through each of your energy bodies to exorcise (and exercise) your bad vibe ‘demons’ and invite in the fun. I’ve meticulously searched for songs that fit into the very specific formula of the class since it’s inception, knowing exactly what each song had to sound and feel like until I realized that I could create what I was searching for (!)
