           Jack smiled softly, moving over to the brunet and setting his staff down so he could reach up with both hands and gently cup Hiccup’s cheeks, brushing his thumbs over the curve of them. it had been a while since they had last seen each other but that was only because Jack had been busy with some Guardian stuff and winter spirit stuff. he had wanted to come back to Berk to see Hiccup but he just couldn’t get away until now.

                                    『 ❝ I’m sorry it took me so long to get back. ❞ 』

❝ It’s not that I just- it’s just-... ❞ He felt a bit ridiculous, gaze falling as he tried to steady the erratic breathing of his heart and focus only on the cool digits gently caressing his cheeks. Though in a way HIS FEAR FELT JUSTIFIED when every day felt like he was pushing a boundary he had no way of knowing where it truly lay.

❝ I’m an adult, Jack. I’m an adult and we can try to justify why I can see you any way we want but I-I can’t-... When you’re gone a long time I get scared wondering if this is the day that I won’t be able to see you anymore. I DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOU, JACK. ❞

❝ Well... I guess you’re right and YOU KNOW YOU’RE RIGHT but that doesn’t make me less suspicious every time I wake up to slip on a patch of ice. You’re just lucky I’m more happy to see you than I am annoyed at your assigned season and weather. ❞ Hiccup muttered, arms crossing over his chest with a huff and lips pursed out in a pout but it didn’t last long.

About a solid five seconds later, eyes would roll and he’d loosen up to greet Jack with the kiss they both knew was coming. Somehow now being able to KISS JACK seemed to make getting annoyed with Jack a lot harder. If this was the kind of power the spirit had over him Hiccup was both thrilled and terrified every time he noticed it.

Ok so after I get home tonight (technically very early tomorrow YAY 2AM CLOSING TIME) if I don’t conk out I’m going to start working on adding a few people to Aiden’s relationship page! So I’ll be doing graphics and not much else, maybe a few short things here and there. These are characters whose additions may be long over due and I’m sorry :) But I’m excited with every rp we do, and I can’t wait for more :D
