Charlie Cuva - Pound OST - This is an unnamed (none of the songs have names) track from the soundtrack to the film ‘Pound’ directed by Robert Downey Sr. (Iron Man’s dad). The movie takes place in a dog pound where all the animals are waiting to be gassed. All the dogs are played by people, including a cameo by a very young Robert Downey Jr. as a puppy. I’ve never seen the film, but I’m a big fan of another movie of his, “Putney Swope”. This soundtrack contains some pretty raunchy songs as well, hence the warning on the cover...

“Jazz is known all over the world as an American musical art form and that's it. No America, no jazz. I've seen people try to connect it to other countries, for instance to Africa, but it doesn't have a damn thing to do with Africa” — Art Blakey

«El jazz es conocido en todo el mundo como una forma de arte musical estadounidense, y nada más. Sin Estados Unidos, no hay jazz. He visto a gente intentar relacionarlo con otros países, por ejemplo con África, pero no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con África» — Art Blakey
