Something that will always make me laugh is that biologist who has a blog about parasites and he uses non scary language to talk about them to make people less afraid of parasites.

Like he doesn’t use the words “Infest”, “Control”, “Devour”, “Take over”, “Starve” or “infect”

Like… dude I get it I too love animals and bugs that aren’t popular with normal people (hyenas, millipedes, rats ect.) but….

That’s what parasites do….

You love what you study but be honest on what parasites do.
