Sackgesicht - bag face Greisgram - for a grumpy person Großmaul - "blabber mouth" Stinksteifel - stinky boot Depp - dumb person Dumm kopf - Dumb head Langweiler - slowpoke Flashe - bottle Angsthase - scared bunny Hosenscheißer - pants shitter Taugenichts - good for nothing Pantoffelheld - slipperhero Fußhupe - insult to small dogs Arschloch - asshole Dummschwätzer - stupid rattler Verlierer - loser
Tip: Germans tend to get creative with insults (as you can see, those were just the most common, and in fact, some of those are childish and/or antigue) so you can basically call someone any german word as an insult. Example off the top of my head: kugelscrieber - translation: pencil - could be used to describe tall skinny person.
I just remembered that a cinnamon roll is called “cinnamon snail” in German.
