A Hayffie Dream

This dream came amongst a fairly weird mix of other dreams. 

I saw the entry to this room in what turned out to be Katniss’s perspective. It was set in District 13, seeing as everything was mostly grey and brown. Haymitch had managed to get a screen working, and he was laughing at whatever was playing. Think the sort of laughter right before you turn into a seal wearing human skin. 

Perspective changes, so I now see Katniss kneeling beside him, and she looks concerned, as if she thinks he’s sick, then Effie, very much out of her usual character and slumped in a chair next to him, laughs too and says something along the lines of “He’s an idiot, that was dangerous.”

Haymitch then asks Katniss if she has more boy trouble (kind of surprised she wasn’t livid), and Effie left for a phone call (which was way more in character).

That’s when everything went back to what I’d been dreaming prior, which left me very wary of ever trusting my friend of eleven years with pushing me around our town in my wheelchair...

Sequence of events tonight:

2am: laying in bed

215am: Hear arguing outside. Its my across the street neighbor and his roommate having a shoving match that escalates to a fist fight. So I call the cops. 

225am: Cops show up. Knock on door. Neighbor comes out calmly, roommate gets attitude with cop.

Cop: Come outside or I'm coming in to get you. 

Roommate: Not without a warrent. 

Cop: I don't need one. Step outside now!

Roommate: Fuck you!

Beat down occurs when roommate grabs cops vest and tries to push him out of the house. 

Wheres the damn popcorn when I need it!!!
