Sometimes I read the interactive flow between him and his followers, which is always comical😂😂🤣 When I contacted and told him that I was coming to New York, that I wanted to have a chat with him, he didn’t believe me. I really hassled him. I sent him several messages, once in a while he replies and most times he ignores my messages but I kept pestering him. At a point, I became ready incase he feels frustrated by my constant messages and decides to dash me a “Banger full of insults’’ but contrary to what I thought, none of that happened. I flew to New York, no regrets in all the efforts made to interview “The Scorpion king”. The way I chuckle watching his videos these days, I hope I don’t faint with laughter one day. You might not be wrong if you refer to me as a fan of @speeddarlington. Speedy is real and so hilarious. On the day and time of the interview, I called him to find out if he was on his way, he mumbled that he would let me know. Meanwhile, the cameraman and the photographer have been booked and we all know in America nothing is free and every labour is paid hourly. I held my phone close to me, I was apprehensive, I was anxious, skeptical and at the same time positive. Five minutes to the time of the appointment, my phone rang, it was Speedy, “I’m here” he said. I was elated he showed up. He was so calm, chatty, shy, assertive and above all hilariously intelligent.
