For those who want to manifest specific text messages from a sp and like visualizing, I have a great idea for you.
For example, if you and your sp text on Instagram, you could use Funsta, which is a fake Instagram app almost exactly like the actual app.
You could create the exact messages you would receive from your sp there as if you actually did.
I did this technique once, and I had the exact same conversation that I created on Funsta with him on the actual Instagram.
There's other apps if you talk on other platforms! Don't forget this is just a tool because they already texted you.
