Furby Mod Plans so far

I guess the plan is to put a raspberry pi or an arduino in a furby and replace its speaker. We want to be able to control its movement, what it says, and play music through it via aux cord. We have a seen a few adjacent guides on how to do this, but if anyone sees this and has any sources to share that’d be cool.
