Introducing our very first head blank or base: sergal! Cast in flexible foam with a delightfully smooth finish. This is the face part, carve it open with a knife and trim it from the (in)sides to fit your project. It does not have a pre-designed nostril placement so that it could be decided by the artist. Measurements: length 32,5 cm / 13", width 20 cm / 8", height 21 cm / 8.3", muzzle circumference 40 cm / 16" Weight: 500g (uncut) We're currently developing this design further and will have other sergal parts available soon. Got a new sewing machine and tested it out with a dummy head for building fursuit heads. This guy is filled with old pillow stuffing and is squishable.
More work done! Just need to add accent foam around the eyes/cheeks and muzzle, and add ears. Then it's on to the details!
