Care instructions
We recommend washing our items upon receiving them: you may wash silicone items with warm water and dish soap. If they feel a bit sticky, we recommend rubbing a small amount of baby powder on the surface!
Custom and personalised orders
We do custom orders! Send a message and we'll get back to you, typically the same day.
Sizing details
If you're unsure about the dimensions of our items, please use a measurer or a website like iruler.net to determine the size. Measurements are included in each listing's descriptions, so please read them carefully!
Returns
As our items are handmade and made-to-order, we will not accept returns or refunds for all of them. However, it may be possible to negotiate a refund for some of our items – please get in touch with us. Also please note that shipping and other additional costs cannot be refunded. As a buyer, you have to take care of shipping costs when returning the item.
Where is my order's tracking information?
All new shipments (shipped after Nov 1, 2022) include a tracking number. We will also use an express shipping method for countries that accept express letters. You can find the tracking information from your order's details. If you can't see it, please send us a message!
