LOOK HOW CUTE MY KIG MASK IS I'm almost done with it I just have to add stuff to the inside so it sits on my face comfortably, I didn't get a helmet for it and I kinda regret it but also don't at the same time ? idk

after I do the mask all that's left is making the paws (which I've been avoiding cuz I'm scared of messing up) andd getting a black wig and styling it, I'm tryna get one off of vinted to save money but they're all ridiculously expensive, not what I'm looking for, or in terrible condition

I'm either pioneering something incredible with this tail and the techniques I'm creating or something so incredibly stupid there's a reason no one does it this way

Unfortunately probably can’t make my blue morpho costume in time for the costume event but I do still want to make it. Heard fleece is a better but still affordable alternative to felt (can’t afford fur fabric), so might use fleece instead. Might do a test run of the different fabrics by making one of the spare legs and deciding which I prefer and liked working with.

Also been thinking about how I’d do the head cuz blue morphos are very triangular in a way that only really other insects and fish can be. It also doesn’t translate as well into the sort of fursuit style popular among furries. How can I make it both accurate, cute and comfortable to wear🤔
