Hi all, making a new post since my family and I are going through another unfortunate period ;-; for anyone who doesn't know me, my name's Link, I'm a 24 y/o artist and I've been doing art comms to support my family and I (father and younger sibling) since Nov. 2021. Due to factors like bad physical and mental health, transportation, unstable housing, and with no family/friends help, we've been in a sort of state that's made it very hard to try and rebuild. We have gone to a homeless shelter before in 2025 but we got kicked out without warning after a while of being there, was put in a motel and told we'd have a months stay but instead, it turned out to be just a week. So I've taken the mantle of covering our daily rent and food costs with my comms and donations :)
We became homeless after my father got into a diabetic coma while freight trucking, lost his job and at the same time, my friend (who I was living with at the time) his grandmother unfortunately was in the later stages of her illness and since she had to be moved to a care facility, the house would come into foreclosure, so we all had to leave. Thankfully my friend drove us to a motel and had given me a computer and tablet where I could support my father and I.
Right now, we're dealing with not being able to pay for over a week. We've been able to pay some installments but now we need 215$ in order to make it through to tomorrow. If we can't pay by then, we'll be forced to leave and we don't have anywhere to go if that happens. If anyone could help us, either by reblogging/sharing, or directly with comms/donations (if able!! I completely understand if you can't so no worries at all! :) ) it would mean so so much for us to have somewhere to stay.
My prices are below for anyone interested! For a quick debrief of my commissions, I mainly do fantasy/dnd style art and paintings but I also have done fandom work, ocs, yumeships, furries, pretty much anything! Fair warning, due to our situation and the fact we have to use the money right away for the room, I cannot offer refunds and take payment upfront! :") my changes are unlimited, so long as they aren't abused. Sketch (price depending on type of sketch) - base price of 15$
Sketch page - 15$ per sketch
Headshot - 40$ (+10$ if shaded)
Bust - 50$ (+10$ if shaded)
Expression Sheet (minimum of 3 heads per sheet, 10$+ per extra head) - 60$ (10$+ if shaded)
Half body - 70$ (+15$ if shaded)
Full body - 90$ (+15$ if shaded)
Couples Commission (a commission that includes two people) - 140$ (+15$ if shaded)
Group commissions (commission that includes more than two people, price dependant on the details) - 60 base price(one character, unshaded; each extra character is +75% to the original price) (40$+ if shaded)
Paintings (price depending on the details) - 150$+
