Experience the vibrant flavors of a Bahn Mi sandwich in pizza form! This Bahn Mi Pizza combines the goodness of hoisin-glazed pork, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs, creating a delightful fusion dish.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough. 1/2 cup hoisin sauce. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup shredded cooked pork. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber. 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to the level that the pizza dough calls for. Spread the pizza dough out on a baking sheet or pizza stone that has been prepared. Add rice vinegar, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic to a bowl. This will make the sauce. All over the pizza dough, spread the sauce out. Spread the shredded pork, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and sliced radishes out evenly on the pizza. Add more shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings. If the pizza dough comes with instructions, bake it in a hot oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before adding fresh mint, cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds on top. For a new take on an old favorite, slice and serve your Bahn Mi Pizza!
