My @hotforfood inspiration resulted in a trial with #friedzucchini They actually tasted really good and could absolutely be a substitute for nuggets or the Swedish #fiskpinnar (fried fish sticks) Now I just need to make a ranch dressing. Which of course #hotforfood has a recipe for💥👍🏽 #veganranchdressing ... ... . . I made a batter with flour and some spices #sriracha and plant based milk. Then I also seasoned my breadcrumbs with #cumin #anchochili #paprika #onionpowder #garlicpowder and salt Next time these will go into the oven. There's too much grease in fried food for me.
