Schalke’s Geis makes horror tackle on Gladbach’s Hahn

Borussia Moenchegladbach won their fifth straight game after defeating Bundesliga rival Shalke 3-1. However, Gladbach’s midfielder Andre Hahn had an evening to forget.

While going for a 50-50 ball, Hahn was victim of a horrendous tackle from Schalke’s Johannes Geis, and had to be stretchered off the field.

Geis apologized for his tackle after the match, and has since been handed a five-match ban.
